Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: 10/18/2026
Last Updated: 11/02/2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Integro Health Solutions website. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
1. About Integro Health Solutions
Integro Health Solutions (“Integro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an insurance agency that helps individuals and families explore insurance options and connect with insurance products.
Insurance services are offered only where Integro and its agents hold the required licenses and where the applicable products are available.
2. Website Information
The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes. It does not constitute an insurance policy, a binding quote, or a guarantee of coverage or eligibility.
Website descriptions summarize insurance products and may not include every benefit, exclusion, limitation, or condition. Review the applicable policy documents before purchasing coverage.
3. Insurance Products and Availability
Insurance products, premiums, benefits, provider networks, eligibility requirements, and availability vary by carrier, plan, location, and individual circumstances.
Not all products are available in every state or to every applicant. Eligibility and enrollment are subject to applicable requirements and carrier approval, where required.
Information about potential financial assistance or savings does not guarantee eligibility or a particular premium.
4. Quotes, Applications, and Coverage
Requesting information, completing a contact form, speaking with an agent, or submitting an application does not automatically establish insurance coverage.
Coverage becomes effective only according to the insurer’s requirements, policy terms, and confirmed effective date. Any required premium payments must also be satisfied.
The insurance policy and related carrier documents govern your coverage. If website information differs from those documents, the policy and carrier documents control.
5. Limited-Benefit, Supplemental, and Non-ACA Insurance Products
Integro Health Solutions may present information about insurance products that are not comprehensive major medical coverage under the Affordable Care Act (ACA). These include, but are not limited to, fixed indemnity plans, short-term medical plans, supplemental plans (such as accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, dental, and vision), and other limited-benefit products. These products have different benefits, limitations, and protections than comprehensive health insurance.
5.1 Not a Substitute for Comprehensive Coverage
Limited-benefit, supplemental, and short-term products are not comprehensive health insurance and are not designed to replace it. They generally do not qualify as minimum essential coverage and are not eligible for premium tax credits or cost-sharing reductions available through the Health Insurance Marketplace.
5.2 General Coverage Limitations
Depending on the plan, these products may:
- Exclude or limit coverage for pre-existing conditions
- Not cover all essential health benefits, such as prescription drugs, maternity care, mental health services, or preventive care
- Include annual or lifetime dollar limits on benefits
- Require medical underwriting, meaning eligibility and pricing may depend on health history
- Include waiting periods before certain benefits begin
- Not be guaranteed renewable, which could result in a gap in coverage
- Not be subject to the same consumer protections that apply to ACA-compliant plans
5.3 Fixed Indemnity Plans
Fixed indemnity plans pay a predetermined cash amount for covered services or events, such as a doctor visit or a day in the hospital, regardless of the actual cost of care. The benefit paid may be significantly less than the amount billed by your provider, and you are responsible for any remaining costs.
5.4 Short-Term Medical Plans
Short-term medical plans provide temporary coverage for a limited period. The maximum length of coverage and whether a plan may be renewed vary by federal and state law. These plans may exclude pre-existing conditions and may not cover services that comprehensive plans are required to cover. Coverage ends at the end of the policy term, and you may not be able to enroll in comprehensive coverage until the next Open Enrollment Period unless you qualify for a Special Enrollment Period.
5.5 Supplemental Plans
Supplemental plans, such as accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity coverage, are designed to work alongside comprehensive health insurance. They pay benefits only for the specific events or conditions defined in the policy and are not intended to serve as your primary coverage.
5.6 State Availability
Product availability, benefits, and limitations vary by state and by carrier. Not all products are available in all states.
5.7 Your Responsibility to Review
Plan descriptions on this website are general summaries only. The policy documents issued by the insurance carrier control all terms, conditions, benefits, limitations, and exclusions. Before enrolling, carefully review the specific plan documents and discuss any questions or limitations with a licensed agent. If you need comprehensive coverage, ask a licensed agent about ACA-compliant plan options.
6. Information You Provide
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting assistance or submitting information through this website.
Inaccurate or incomplete information may affect quotes, eligibility, enrollment, or coverage.
Do not submit Social Security numbers, payment information, medical records, or other sensitive information through the general contact form. Contact our team for instructions if this information is needed.
7. Communications, Marketing, and Consent
7.1 Responding to Your Requests
When you submit a form, call, text, or otherwise request assistance, you authorize Integro Health Solutions and its licensed agents to contact you using the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, provide quotes, assist with enrollment, and deliver requested services. These communications may be made by phone, text message, or email.
7.2 Marketing Communications and Consent
Marketing calls and text messages, including those made using automated technology or prerecorded or artificial voice messages, are made only with your prior express written consent where required by law. These Terms and Conditions do not, by themselves, provide consent to receive automated or prerecorded marketing calls or texts. Where consent is required, it is requested separately.
Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing any insurance product or service.
7.3 Accuracy of Your Information
By providing a phone number or email address, you confirm that you are the subscriber or authorized user of that number or account. You agree to notify us promptly if your phone number changes, is disconnected, or is reassigned.
7.4 Information From Third Parties
If we receive your contact information from a third party with whom you have shared it and to whom you have given consent to be contacted about insurance options, we will contact you only as permitted by applicable law. If you do not wish to be contacted further, let us know and we will honor your request.
7.5 Revoking Consent and Opting Out
You may revoke your consent or opt out of marketing communications at any time by any reasonable means, including replying STOP to any text message, telling an agent during a call, using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contacting us directly. We will honor opt-out requests within the time required by applicable law. Opting out of marketing communications does not stop communications related to an existing policy, application, or service request.
7.6 Text Messages
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for assistance or STOP to opt out. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7.7 Do Not Call Requests
We honor requests to be placed on our internal Do Not Call list and comply with applicable federal and state Do Not Call rules and calling-hour restrictions.
7.8 Call Recording
Calls with Integro Health Solutions may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance, training, and compliance purposes, where permitted by law.
7.9 Email Communications
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link provided. Service-related emails may still be sent.
8. Privacy
Our collection, use, and sharing of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.
Insurance carriers and other third parties may provide separate privacy notices that apply to their services.

14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions as our website, services, or applicable requirements change.
Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the website after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer protections available to you under the laws of the state where you reside.
16. ACA and Marketplace Disclosures
16.1 Independent Insurance Agency
Integro Health Solutions is an independent insurance agency. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the federal government, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), HealthCare.gov, or any state health insurance exchange.
16.2 Plan Options
We work with multiple insurance carriers but may not offer every plan available in your area. Additional plan options may be available through HealthCare.gov, your state's health insurance exchange, or directly from insurance carriers.
16.3 Eligibility, Subsidies, and Premiums
Eligibility for Marketplace coverage, premium tax credits, and cost-sharing reductions is determined by the Health Insurance Marketplace based on the information you provide and applicable federal and state requirements. Integro Health Solutions does not determine eligibility or guarantee the amount of any subsidy or savings.
Premiums, benefits, provider networks, and plan availability are set by insurance carriers, vary by location, and are subject to change. Any estimates we provide are for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed until confirmed by the Marketplace or the carrier.
16.4 Enrollment Periods
Enrollment in Marketplace coverage is generally limited to the annual Open Enrollment Period or a Special Enrollment Period triggered by a qualifying life event. Enrollment dates and qualifying events are set by applicable law and Marketplace rules.
16.5 Your Responsibility for Accurate Information
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information on any application. Inaccurate or incomplete information may affect your eligibility, the amount of any premium tax credit, or result in amounts owed when you file your federal income tax return.
16.6 Agent Compensation
Integro Health Solutions and its agents may receive compensation from insurance carriers for policies sold. This compensation does not increase the premium you pay.
